Individual Coaching

AimOn instructions from the CEO, provide coaching for the company's quality assurance manager, who found himself in a very difficult professional situation.
ScopeThe assignment was begun with a test coaching so that the client could form an impression of Courego’s coaching methods. On the basis of this trial meeting, an initial session was set up to define working methods, followed by 14 regular coaching sessions (of 45 minutes each).
Business valueThe coaching resulted in increased personal performance in the form of time saved and higher quality in work execution. An ROI analysis (Return On Investment) showed that the coaching provided a return of 13% on an annual basis. In addition, a number of qualitative gains such as increased self confidence, improved communications and decision making abilities, and a better balance between work and leisure time.

ScopeThe coaching focused on project leadership and project accomplishment. A total of 28 coaching sessions were held.

The increase in productivity was calculated to be 19%. The coaching also improved the project leader’s teamwork with project colleagues.
